How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

To cancel your account please ensure that you are logged in on the website which you have an active subscription to and then go to the "My Account" page (link in top right hand corner when logged in). Please select the 'Unsubscribe' tab and click the 'Unsubscribe Button'.

Alternatively please send an email to customerservices@performgroup.com with your username and cancellation request.

Please be advised that 10 working days notice is required for cancellation on this product, cancellation within this period may result in your being charged for the next period.
